It has been difficult to come up with the words to express the loss that Castle High School experienced today. There just aren’t enough words to adequately describe what Fred Bracher means to CHS and the community. He will be dearly missed by everyone whose life he impacted.

It’s been confirmed! Castle is the only school in @IHSAA1 history to have both a boy and a girl golfer with a hole in one at the state finals. In fact, they were the last two to do so. Austin Bratton in 2015 and Hailey Kirkland today.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Dwight Beard. Dwight was a counselor at Castle for many years and has been the biggest Castle Knight fan imaginable. He passed away this morning after a battle with cancer.
